Returns and Refunds

Returns

All return must be within 7 days. In order for us to process your returns or refunds, please ensure the following: 

  • Item is in it's original packaging.
  • Item has not been used, installed or has any data inputted.
  • Valid reason for return. Click here for list of reasons for return.

After a return/refund request is received, a customer service officer will arrange for a pick up service. An email will be sent once the returned item reach the warehouse. 

A customer service officer will then determine if the return is valid. An option to choose a store credit or a credit/debit card reimbursement will be given.

Should the return be not valid, the item will be sent back to you. 

Reasons for return:

  • Size does not fit.
  • Damaged item on arrival.
  • Defective item.
  • Change of mind within 7 days.
  • Wrongly advertised.

Refunds

A refund will be processed for order cancellation or item return. An option to choose a store credit or a credit/debit card reimbursement will be given.

Please allow 5-15 working days in order for our customer service officer to process the refund. An email will be sent for each refund. 

Refund on shipping fees allowed:

  • Seller cancels the order.
  • Return due to defective or damaged item.
  • Return due to incorrect size or wrong item received.

Refund on shipping fees NOT allowed:

  • Customer change of mind. 
  • Customer cancels the order.
  • Customer rejects parcels at the door.
