After a return/refund request is received, a customer service officer will arrange for a pick up service. An email will be sent once the returned item reach the warehouse.
A customer service officer will then determine if the return is valid. An option to choose a store credit or a credit/debit card reimbursement will be given.
Should the return be not valid, the item will be sent back to you.
A refund will be processed for order cancellation or item return. An option to choose a store credit or a credit/debit card reimbursement will be given.
Please allow 5-15 working days in order for our customer service officer to process the refund. An email will be sent for each refund.
